Client Success Specialist
We are seeking a new full-time Client Success Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive professional who can serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is crucial for our sales and client onboarding process, ensuring every new family receives prompt, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable support. The Client Success Specialist works closely with client services and counseling teams, acting as a key support for sales, client communications, and administrative tasks.
This role is a perfect fit for a detail-oriented, collaborative individual who is passionate about guiding families through their initial journey with our services. You will be instrumental in setting the stage for a positive and successful relationship with ESM Prep | College MatchPoint and our parent company, Guidewell Education.
Job Summary
ESM Prep | College MatchPoint is seeking a Client Success Specialist to manage the new client experience from the moment they first reach out to us. This includes responding to new client inquiries from our website, referrals, and other channels, ensuring they receive the information they need to make an informed decision. You will prepare our sales leaders for successful client meetings, manage our sales pipeline, and provide essential administrative support to the leadership team, including overseeing contract writing and management in collaboration with the finance team. Work Location: Remote Work Hours: This is a full-time position, with core hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Central Time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in a client-facing or administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer support environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with meeting preparation and multiple calendar management.
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Reliable internet access (fast enough for video conferencing).
- Familiarity with the college admissions process is a plus.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Compensation: $50,000 to $54,000 with an annual bonus opportunity.
