Operations Coordinator (Temporary with Permanent Potential)
We are seeking an organised, communicative, and energetic Operations Coordinator to join our client services team in London. This is a full time, temporary position that we hope to extend to permanently at the conclusion of the temporary period.

Job Description
The Operations Coordinator will work closely with our core administrative team in London to support our students, clients, and coworkers. This is a temporary position, approved for a six-month coverage of a teammate on parental leave, that we hope to extend to a permanent full-time role at the end of the temporary period. Duties will include:
- Liaising with clients and coworkers to identify the best-fit mentors for each new student, and overseeing the introductory client service process end-to-end
- Managing and supporting mentors in their training and teaching activities through regular check-ins
- Contributing to effective client services through proactive communication, reporting, and database maintenance
- Supporting the daily operations of ESM Prep UK and UES Education by actively maintaining organisational tools and platforms
- Maintaining and updating informational streams across company Operations, HR, and Finance structures
- Liaising with students, families, and schools to disseminate relevant information for courses and one-to-one prep (onboarding new families, arranging practice tests, coordinating school course dates, and more)
- Coordinating logistics for large events and school courses and trainings, in collaboration with teammates (sending invites, arranging schedules, securing venues, liaising for details in advance of the event)
- Generally supporting the needs of the business and our core administrative staff, but exemplifying initiative and flexibility on a daily basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrating core competencies around communication, thoughtfulness, initiative, and detail-orientation
- General technical capabilities and specific experience with Google Suite and CMS platforms
- Right to work in the UK
- Available to work at least three days per week from our office in Marylebone
- Reliable internet access
Compensation/Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from £35,000 - 38,000
